I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation so that you can meet me and decide for yourself whether I am the right therapist for you.

If you agree we will then work together over a number of sessions (as a guide the usual recommendation is between 6-12 sessions) to find practical strategies for dealing with your psychological problems.

Sessions can be either face-to-face in Oxford or online anywhere in the UK.

Each session will last 50 minutes and costs £80 (concessions are available). I can accept referrals from most Insurance providers.
